Pansit

Pansit is a traditional Filipino recipe for bihon pancit. Very easy to prepare, these chewy rice noodles are tossed with vegetables of your choice, most Filipino’s use cabbage, carrots, green beans,celery, onion and garlic  and chicken or pork, and cooked in a sweet and savory sauce. Not only is it delicious, it only takes 25-30 minutes to make from start to finish. 

The noodles may vary depending on the kind of pancit recipe being prepared. We use different varieties like Bihon, Sotanghon, Canton/Egg Noodles. 

 

Ingredients: Chicken/Pork, Noodles of your choice, Garlic, Onion, cabbage, carrots, Green Beans, Celery, Soy sauce, Black pepper, Cooking Oil, Lemon/Lime
