Bopis is an authentic Filipino dish that is made from diced / minced pork, and pig’s innards like heart, lungs, liver. Mixed with vinegar, onions, garlic and carrots. Bopis can be cooked in different ways depending on what region of Philippines you come from. This delicacy can be cooked spicy or savoury.
Ingredients: Pork, Pork innards, bay leaves, chillies, soy, vinegar, onion, garlic, carrots, atsuete (Annatto powder).
